Settings

Email / SMTP

Configure outgoing email for this server. Only platform administrators can manage these settings.

Test email

Save your settings first, then send a test to your inbox.

SSH login protection

Block after 3 failed SSH attempts within 10 minutes. Blocks remain until removed. Applies to SSH ports only.

These exclusions apply only to SSH, independently of web login protection.

Login protection

Three consecutive failed logins from an IP create a permanent block. A successful login resets its failure count. Blocks remain until manually removed, including after a restart.

Set the visitor IP source before enabling. Existing blocks remain active if you turn off new automatic blocks.

Only list proxies you control or trust. They must overwrite the selected header with the verified visitor IP. Never accept visitor-IP headers from arbitrary clients.

Firewall token needs security:read and security:write. Firewall blocks take effect at the next guarded policy refresh. Local protection remains active immediately. Public firewall blocks may be included in the appliance’s community threat reporting.

Excluded addresses do not trigger new web-login blocks. Remove any existing block separately. SSH exclusions are configured above.

Login blocklist

Local blocking is authoritative. Removal takes effect locally immediately; firewall removal is queued and retried every 30 seconds. Remove blocks here: deleting only on the firewall will cause them to be restored during sync.

IP addressBlocked atDestination / statusDetailsAction

Pending firewall removals

These IPs are already unblocked locally. They may remain blocked by the firewall until synchronization succeeds.

PLATFORM ADMINISTRATION

Network setup

Choose how tenants, kitchens and display apps connect to this server.

Connect a display

Enter this address in the Windows or Raspberry Pi display client:

Then use the normal pairing code and assign the screen to its tenant. Screens connect to the server; no inbound port is needed on each display.

Changing the address does not automatically reconnect existing clients. Update their server address. Links already embedded in saved layouts must also be updated.

Apply Debian network setup

Saving above sets the address used for new collection-board links and integration endpoints. To configure the server listener and HTTPS proxy, run configure-network.py from the update package as root. Remote mode requires nginx, a valid certificate and key, and a reachable domain or VPN address. This page does not change your router, DNS or certificate.

Preview first without --apply. Applying Local Network restores direct LAN access on port 8091. Applying Remote binds the app to localhost behind the HTTPS proxy.

CONNECTION PREPARATION

POS & business integrations

Prepare a tenant-specific bridge for an approved adapter. These profiles do not log in to the supplier or automatically download its orders.

Prepare order bridge

Save the bridge credential privately

This token is shown once. Give it only to the approved server-side adapter, never to a display or layout. Native supplier webhook payloads must be authenticated and translated by that adapter.

Orders to prepare

Tap Preparing, Ready or Collected. The customer collection board shows order numbers only.

Replacing the link invalidates the previous board link. Update any layouts using it.

Collection board appearance

Save board appearance stays in the bottom-right corner while this page is open. Save applies all appearance settings together.

Header & banner

Heading

Subtitle

Logo

Negative moves left; positive moves right.

Use 0 spacing to bring the text against the logo box. A negative text offset moves heading and subtitle left; positive moves them right. Transparent padding inside the image can still leave a visible gap.

Scale to width makes the image itself wider and calculates its height automatically. Fit uses both dimensions as a box; height can limit enlargement. Stretch uses both dimensions and changes proportions.

Banner

Sets the space inside the header edges. The logo follows the left margin; the centred clock uses the centre between both margins. The banner image still fills its original area.

Spacing above orders

0 brings the order titles up to the header edge. Leave blank for automatic spacing. Save appearance to apply.

Clock

Negative moves left; positive moves right, from the selected clock placement.

Background

Image backgrounds clear the column colour. Fit shows the whole image; Fill crops edges; Stretch changes proportions. Opacity affects only the image, leaving text and order numbers fully visible.

Order numbers & text · shared defaults

These defaults apply to columns using shared tile settings. For individual styling, open New orders, Preparing or Ready for collection → Order numbers and untick the shared options.

Order pages

The board stays within the screen. Each order column automatically creates as many pages as needed and rotates independently. A column that fits on one page stays still.

Ready-order announcements

Changing language alone may reuse the same voice. Suggestions are local voices on this computer. The playback computer must have the same voice installed. You can enter its exact voice name here.

Keep {number} where the order number should be read. Uses installed voices and speakers on the display. A browser may require clicking Enable / test sound on the collection board once. Existing ready orders are silent on page load and reconnect.

Footer

The footer shares the header background colour.

Upload images under Content first (PNG, JPEG or WebP, at most 10 MB). Changes apply to this tenant’s existing collection link within a few seconds.

Add an order manually

Works without a POS. Only the order number appears on the customer screen.

STORE CONTENT

Retail templates

Start with a price board, welcome board or animated photo promotion. Replace the sample products and prices with your store’s information.

Animation clips

Use a finished MP4/WebM food animation behind editable prices and wording.

Bulk product updates

Import a CSV in the photo-menu editor. Columns: name, price, description, unit, was_price, badge, photo, sold_out. Use uploaded image filenames in the photo column.

Publish each edited layout, then choose its target screens in Publish. Offer dates entered in the footer are display text; they do not schedule playback.

PRODUCT ANIMATIONS

AI Clips

The platform administrator chooses the AI service used by all customers. Turn a product photo and a description into a short video. Review the result before adding it to a layout.

Powered by Runway

PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 3.3 MB. A clear product photo works best. Generation can change its appearance.

About 5 seconds, silent. Generated wording can be inaccurate; add your prices and labels in the layout designer.

Generated clips

Finished videos are stored in this customer’s Content library and can be cached on its screens.

STAFF TOOLS

Fresh from the oven

Start a bake timer and show short notices over a published store layout. The countdown uses the server clock and keeps running if a player goes offline.

At the end, “ready now” notices repeat for 10 minutes. This creates a separate timer layout and replaces the target’s current playback with that layout.

Preview

Notices slide in, hold briefly and fade out. Other content stays visible between notices.

Stop a notice

Choose the same target and click Stop timer & restore previous playback below. This removes the bakery notice and restores the previous assignment.

Select a content window.

Screens & groups

Pair a player, then set its crop within the wall canvas.

Publish to screens

A group shares one canvas. A screen assignment uses its own full canvas and overrides its group.

Choose published layouts in playback order. With slideshow off, only the first is used. Enter 1200 seconds for a 20-minute layout. Different scene durations let you return to your main layout after a short promotion.
